Technical Account Manager

Airship is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, provide world-class support to customers, and drive success with Airship products.

Skills

  • Client-facing experience
  • Knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
  • Ability to read and write code in Python, Java, Objective-C, or similar language
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical customers
  • Time management and teamwork abilities
  • Optional: knowledge of leveraging APIs, iOS and Android platforms, digital marketing solutions, SaaS environment, and more

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new customer activities and communicate requirements, deliverables, and timelines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide high responsiveness to issues
  • Provide support from initial contact to deployment, troubleshooting, and assisting with QA
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to resolve customer issues and develop new solutions
  • Write documentation, knowledge-based articles, and tutorials to enhance customer experience
  • Participate in QA process of products/services and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
