Technical Account Manager

Airship is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, provide world-class support to customers, and drive success with Airship products.

Skills

Client-facing experience
Knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
Ability to read and write code in Python, Java, Objective-C, or similar language
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical customers
Time management and teamwork abilities
Optional: knowledge of leveraging APIs, iOS and Android platforms, digital marketing solutions, SaaS environment, and more

Responsibilities

Coordinate new customer activities and communicate requirements, deliverables, and timelines
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide high responsiveness to issues
Provide support from initial contact to deployment, troubleshooting, and assisting with QA
Work with Engineering and Product teams to resolve customer issues and develop new solutions
Write documentation, knowledge-based articles, and tutorials to enhance customer experience
Participate in QA process of products/services and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
