As a Campaign Marketer, you'll oversee a critical flyering campaign in the Los Angeles area, playing a pivotal role within our team. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can swiftly integrate and independently drive the project forward.

Your role will be central as the primary contact in Los Angeles for our Taskers distributing flyers locally. You'll manage communications between our US team and the Taskers, guiding this initiative with strategic input from our US team. Your responsibilities will include streamlining operations, creating standard procedures for Tasker bookings, coordinating delivery logistics, and ensuring efficient ground-level distribution.

Please note this is a part-time role (15-20hrs per week).

What you'll do:

  • Gain alignment on the scope, schedule, and execution of flyering initiatives.

  • Book and manage Taskers for on-the-ground distribution.

  • Develop and implement timelines efficiently, overseeing multiple distributions and liaising directly with Taskers, both remotely and locally, to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for flyering initiatives for the US team, maintaining communication to ensure goals are achieved and issues are addressed promptly.

  • Motivate Taskers and recruit new ones continuously to execute flyer distribution.

  • Thrive under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Generate weekly reports based on predefined goals and specific metrics.

  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and effective communication skills (both verbal and writing).

  • Confident, positive attitude and ability to problem solve.

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company, 

  • Technical skills: Ability to fully learn the Airtasker app and website, Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Ability to handle/carry up to 30 lbs

  • Ability to drive to locations to meet Taskers (must have a working vehicle)
