Product and Regulatory Counsel

Skills
- Law degree and current practicing lawyer
- 5+ years experience in legal counsel for product matters
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with financial services laws
- Experience negotiating complex transactions
Responsibilities
- Provide legal, regulatory, and strategic advice on product lifecycle
- Review and advise on marketing campaigns and product communication
- Support compliance best practices and stay updated on legal developments
- Guide product partnerships and integrations
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Develop training materials for company personnel
- Manage projects independently and collaboratively
- Build relationships with leadership and cross-functional partners
Education
- Law degree
