The Senior HR Business partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full-cycle Human Resources support while managing a small onsite HR team. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving company culture, fostering employee engagement, and optimizing performance by collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment between business objectives and HR strategies. We aim to build a high-performing HR team that effectively supports the needs of our organization. Each team member plays a crucial role in achieving this objective.
