Onboarding Project Manager

Algolia is seeking a Technical Onboarding & Engagement Manager to support their strategic onboarding program, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong Project Management background in a customer-facing role within a tech environment.

Skills

Project Management experience
Knowledge of Search and AI technologies
Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio of technical projects and client communications
Collaborate on pre-to-post-sales handover
Create project charters and delivery plans
Communicate project status and health
Identify and mitigate project risks
Document opportunities for process improvement

Education

Technical degree in related field (preferred)
Project Management certification (nice to have)
