Senior Program Manager, Voice of the Customer
Intercom is seeking a skilled Senior Programme Manager to lead their Voice of the Customer programme. This role involves streamlining customer feedback processes and improving overall customer experience through insights.

Responsibilities
- Build, develop a vision for, and manage a comprehensive VoC programme
- Streamline multiple feedback channels into one central product feedback loop
- Partner closely with R&D and Customer Support to analyse feedback
- Launch and solicit feedback from a Customer Advisory Board
- Use analytics tools to gain insights from customer interactions
- Identify internal processes that need improvement
