As a Virtual Assistant/Backend Support for All Care Therapies, your key responsibilities will include coordinating therapist schedules, managing staff communication through our online application, ensuring credential management, conducting onboarding sessions, and maintaining a training calendar. You will also be responsible for creating and managing user accounts on our web portals, ensuring that the therapists and clients have seamless access to necessary resources.

To qualify for the Virtual Assistant/Backend Support role at All Care Therapies, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Additionally, you should be comfortable working early morning shifts in IST, specifically from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST.
