Station Supervisor - SFB

Summary

This position is responsible for providing operational support to management and customer service agents consistent with the requirements of company policy and federal and state regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Education:  High School Diploma/GED

Education Details:  High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Years of Experience: Minimum one (1) year Customer Service and Supervisory experience. Airline industry preferred

Valid Unexpired Driver's License: No

•Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers with professionalism and integrity.

•Must be committed to serving and satisfying our customers.

•Ability to read and write English.

•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s licenses.

•Able to attend required training.

•Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

•Basic computer skills, Microsoft software, prior airline computer systems preferred.


Job Duties

•Front line management support, responsible for monitoring the daily operation of the airport.

•environment. Handle multiple priorities, make decisions and assume responsibility for operations.

•Ensure and maintain the safety of aircraft, facility, equipment and employee working environments.

•Address issues and provide corrective action as needed.

•Communicate company programs, policies and procedures as they relate to the operation.

•Provide feedback and evaluations of customer service agents with emphasis on promoting results and performance excellence. Administer corrective action as required

•Review and approve customer service agent payroll.

•Monitor attendance and document appropriately.

•Research and respond to customer complaints and compliments in coordination with customer relation.

•Provide proper training resources to customer service agents.

•Coordinate all administrative functions that provide for the safe, efficient and on-time performance of the airline.

•Work closely with General Manager and Director Station Operations to ensure complete and timely fulfillment of all operational responsibilities.

•Promote teamwork within the work group. Recognize and celebrate employee achievements.

•Ensure international flight operations requirements are met and United States Customs/APIS functionality is in compliance.

•Coordinate, provide training and ensure training requirements are met for all employees, i.e., new hire, recurrent, supplemental and local training issues.

•Lead by example and motivate team members.

•Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.

Allegiant as a national air carrier is deemed an essential service provider during declared national and state emergencies. Team Members will be required to report to their assigned trip or work location during national and state emergencies unless prohibited by local, state or federal order.
