And we’re growing this Uncommon Crew.About the Role:As a Media Manager for Alloy, you will lead the planning, execution and optimization of digital media campaigns across a diverse range of channels to drive client success and performance. Your expertise in paid search, programmatic display/video, paid social advertising and detailed reporting will be crucial. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on, demonstrable experience in campaign management and analytics. This is a client-facing role.Priority consideration will be given to candidates who are local to our New Orleans, LA office. This is a hybrid (in-person & remote) opportunity.Key Responsibilities:• Digital Strategy Development:• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform media strategies• Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and creative, to ensure alignment of digital media strategies to optimize digital media campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives• Lead and manage digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and other social media advertising channels• Campaign Management:• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor• Manage the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, including budget allocation, performance monitoring, and optimization• Foster relationships with media vendors and platform partners to enable optimal campaign performance• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization for performance improvement• Oversee the scheduling, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns• Analytics and Reporting:• Analyze campaign performance data using native analytics tools and Google Analytics• Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders, recommending tactical changes for future campaign improvements• Client Interaction and Team Collaboration:• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and adjust strategies accordingly• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and technical staff, to ensure cohesive and successful campaign execution• Continual Learning and Adaptation:• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing• Implement new technologies and methodologies that enhance campaign performance and efficienciesRequirements:What you'll bring:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, with a strong focus on digital advertising across multiple channels• Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and other social media advertising platforms.
