We are looking for an experienced and AI-native Marketing & Growth Lead to join our team at Almanak.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to take charge of Almanak's storytelling through growth hacking, content creation & GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Growth Hacking - whatever it takes:

  •  Identify and implement innovative growth strategies to increase Almanak’s visibility and user base.
  •  Leverage analytics and user data to refine marketing tactics and drive measurable results.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and marketing goals.

Content Creation & Strategy - storytelling that doesn't suck:

  • Design and implement growth marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of Almanak’s platform and services.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms including X, Discord, YouTube, and others.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and educational content that resonates with the web3 and crypto community, including articles, infographics, videos, and recordings.

Community Management:

  • Actively manage and grow our online communities, serving as the main point of contact for the key stakeholders.
  • Foster a vibrant, supportive, and engaged community by hosting AMAs, webinars, and other interactive events.
  • Monitor community feedback and provide actionable insights to the product and development teams.

Partnerships & Influencer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, KOLs, and partner projects within the crypto and web3 space.
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and collaborations that amplify our brand and reach.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto and web3 ecosystem.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies and business development.

Experience & Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth within the fintech or crypto industry.
  • Proven track record of driving successful growth campaigns in the web3/crypto space.
  • Strong, on-hands content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating successful writing pieces, visual campaigns, and social media posts.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of the web3, DeFi, and crypto ecosystems, with the ability to articulate complex topics in a simple and engaging way.

  • Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey.
  • Hands-on experience with growth marketing techniques, data analysis, and performance optimization. We expect you to be ahead of the curve.
  • Proficiency in using AI tooling for marketing purposes, as well as social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, YouTube, etc.) and content management systems.
  • Deeper understanding of DeFi trading and related industry language is a plus.
