We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate / Senior Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimising, and reporting on mobile marketing campaigns.
Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition (UA) campaigns across performance-based channels.
Collaborate with design teams to create ad creatives, conduct split testing on creatives and ad copy to identify top-performing variations.
Optimize targeting and bidding strategies to increase ROI: allocate higher bids to segments with better conversion rates and reduce bids for underperforming segments.
Work closely with the product team to enhance on-site features, improve user flow, and boost campaign performance and conversion rates.
Optimize app store ranking (ASO) to maximize visibility and downloads.
Experiment with event structures and bidding strategies for CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) campaigns.
Collaborate with data analysts to continually refine and enhance campaign performance.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
5+ years of experience in the mobile advertising industry.
Proven experience managing paid mobile marketing campaigns on networks like IronSource.
Expertise in working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
Strong experience with App Store Optimization (ASO).
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets and present insights in clear, actionable reports.
Deep understanding of mobile attribution and performance tracking.
Proven track record of managing high-budget user acquisition campaigns across multiple networks.
Strong affinity for mobile apps and trends in the app ecosystem.
