Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Keystone

As an Operations Associate at Alo Yoga, your core responsibilities will include executing inventory management processes, investigating inventory accuracy issues, supporting key operational functions like receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor. You will work closely with the General/Store Manager to troubleshoot and optimize store operations.

To be an Operations Associate at Alo Yoga, you should have 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales, and operational environment. The role requires physical activity, so you must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and moving for your entire shift, and performing various tasks in and around the store.

As a Part-Time Operations Associate at Alo Yoga, you’re expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours. Flexibility is critical, as you may need to work during busy periods, especially from American Thanksgiving through the holiday season.
