As a Sales Associate at Alo Yoga, your primary responsibilities include achieving sales goals by enhancing customer experiences and promoting our brand mission, which focuses on mindful movement. To join Alo Yoga as a Sales Associate, you should ideally have at least 1 year of experience in a client-centric sales environment. You will need a strong passion for customer service and an ability to create exceptional experiences for every guest. Additionally, being self-motivated, capable of handling constant movement, and comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds are important aspects of the role.

Sales Associates at Alo Yoga are expected to have flexible schedules, open for availability 7 days a week between 32-40 hours. It’s important to note that all associates should be willing to work during our peak Blackout period, which runs from the week of Thanksgiving until the beginning of January, encompassing high-traffic retail times.
