The Entry Level Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring traditional marketing initiatives. This includes preparing materials, coordinating events, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job: On site

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay: $58,000 to $63,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and organization of marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
• Coordinate and support marketing events such as job fairs, community outreach initiatives, and career workshops.
• Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Support team efforts in tracking and analyzing the success of offline marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records and update marketing documents as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
