In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR department, diving into data analysis and ensuring that our HR systems are top-notch. Your responsibilities will include everything from collecting and analyzing HR data to maintaining our HR systems and assisting with payroll processing. You’ll also support our talent acquisition processes, help with onboarding new hires, and conduct employee surveys to gauge satisfaction. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and HR software, and who excels in communication. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 1-2 years of HR experience are essential.
