Recruitment Manager

As our Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across SDRs and other roles critical to our success. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to build a high-performing team that aligns with Pipeline Gurus’ culture and vision. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has experience hiring for fast-paced, sales-driven organizations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
    • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for SDRs and other roles (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Managers, Marketing, Operations).
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs through sourcing channels like job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
  2. Screening and Interviewing
    • Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates for open roles.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with Pipeline Gurus’ values.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and organizational goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to refine role profiles and improve recruitment processes.
  4. Candidate Experience
    • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate regularly with candidates, providing timely updates and constructive feedback.
  5. Employer Branding

  6. Recruitment Analytics and Strategy

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within sales-focused or high-growth organizations.
  • Strong ability to source and attract SDRs, as well as talent for other roles such as marketing, operations, and management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
