ABA Recruiter- San Diego & LA Territory- Part Time Contract

Part Time ABA Recruiter- North San Diego/ LA territory


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers  to define Behavior Technician schedules requirements in the Los Angeles and Carlsbad CA areas

  • Screen resumes, conduct video interviews, and write offers for qualified Behavior Technican candidates

  • Manage candidate communication during interview process and notify non qualified candidates

  • Collect, verify, and create HR personnel data for new hire onboarding

  • Send detailed weekly progress summaries to hiring manager

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of ABA recruiting experience for BT roles based in San Diego and Los Angeles demonstrating management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously

  • Strong operations background, willing to adhere to Recruiting Team's workflows and processes

  • Good knowledge using G Suite and operating in an asynchronous environment

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making

  • Industry benchmarked, competitive pay $30-$35 hour
