#Tasks

  • Als Agile Trainer (m/w/d) bist Du für die Durchführung von internen und externen Trainings zur Vermittlung der agilen Werte, Prinzipien und Frameworks – insbesondere SAFe®, zuständig
  • Du bist in der Lage, Trainings online, an unseren Workspaces sowie vor Ort bei unseren Kunden, durchzuführen
  • Themenbezogene Trainings, Workshops & Events organisierst und moderierst Du eigenständig
  • Du unterstützt bei Bedarf in unseren Kundenprojekten als Scrum Master/Agile Coach den gesamten Prozess inklusive der korrekten Implementierung in den jeweiligen Entwicklungsteams
  • Rahmenbedingungen und Freiräume für effizient arbeitende Teams werden von Dir durch die Vermittlung von agilen Werten geschaffen

Qualifikationen

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Medieninformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studium sowie mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Dabei konntest Du bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrungen im Trainings-, Coaching- und Consulting-Bereich mit unterschiedlichen agilen Methoden inklusive zugehöriger Zertifizierungen, sowie aktuelle SPC-Zertifizierung, sammeln
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Moderations- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten zur Klärung fachlicher und methodischer Fragen
  • Idealerweise kennst Du mehrere gängige Methoden und Frameworks, wie Scrum, SAFe®, Kanban, Lean
  • Gute Deutsch- & Englisch-Kenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von Deutschland runden Dein Profil ab
