The selected Apprentice will be committed to learning sales techniques through our mentorship program over an initial training period. The Digital Marketing Sales Apprentice position is an exciting and rewarding position that provides an amazing opportunity to learn under the guidance of the best and most successful digital sales executives in the digital marketing industry.This position provides unsurpassed on the job training opportunities to prepare the right candidate for a successful career in the field of digital marketing sales for one of the leading and most innovative digital firms in America. This includes learning how to sell digital marketing, websites, microsites, intranets, mobile applications, social media initiatives, ecommerce, streaming video applications, search engine marketing, pay per click programs, Roku channels, web hosting as well as innovative new ways to use digital technology to market and ensure that clients are successful and get great results.After an initial training period, the candidate would undergo an evaluation, to determine if the candidate is ready to move to the next level, which includes commission opportunity. If you are looking to transition into a new career in digital marketing sales, this may be the ideal position to get your foot in the digital door.Requirements Required SkillsThe apprentice should possess the following:• Exceptional phone skills and etiquette for heavy phone usage including cold calling, follow up calls, setting appointments and meeting logistics• Initiate research of prospects and prospect qualifying• Positive, upbeat, sharp business professional with confident consultative approach• Professional written communication skills for: lead management through cataloging prospect records in the CRM system, note taking in discovery appointment meetings, assisting in writing up proposals• Possess enthusiastic ability for selling, consultative selling, up-selling• Assist Sales Executives with the following: preparing c-level presentations, creating new sales and marketing collateral, attending new client kickoff meetings, networking meetings, closing deals, attending industry trade shows• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail• Develop a clear understanding and knowledge of Trinet\u2019s values, leadership, and offeringRequired Experience• Superior Knowledge and/or background in web, digital marketing, website development, streaming, mobile apps, online fundraising, SEO, SEM, online ad campaigns, web application development, mobile application development are desirable• Occasional travel w/ sales executives, nationally and locally• Teachable, patient, and persistent individuals• US CitizenJob Location• Irvine, United StatesPosition Type• Full-Time/Regular
