The Business Strategy and Concepts (BSC) Coordination Finance Manager is a pivotal role responsible for controllership and data governance within the FTR group at Amazon. This position oversees the consolidation of forecasted financial savings and actual results across seven primary teams: Amazon Fulfillment Technologies, WW Design Engineering, Amazon Robotics, Mechatronics, Packaging Innovation, Operations Tech Solutions, and Business Strategy and Concepts. The role is crucial in ensuring the accurate compilation of financial plans and reporting against a business roadmap.Key job responsibilities• Coordination and consolidation of Financial plans (OP, Guidance, Actuals)• Data compilation and consolidation of FTR wide MFR narrative• Partnership and alignment with Customer teams including NACF, EUCF, and PFV• OP, Guidance, Actuals: standard document financial tables and narrative• Standardized FAQs (assumption overview, etc.)• Driving data governance and standardization across all teams• Support for Strategic based FAQ finance tablesBasic Qualifications• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science)• 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experiencePreferred Qualifications• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience• MBA• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of resultsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
