Description

Selling Partner Support (SPS) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of Selling Partners. The SPS Central LXD team leads programs and mechanisms that scale and drive learning solution quality and standards across the global team of 60 LXDs. SPS Central LXD also builds high-quality learning solutions for unique internal needs driving analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.


Key job responsibilities
This hybrid role will develop and manage the learning solution quality program for the global LXD team and consult and build exemplary learning solutions where deep instructional design expertise is required. You will prepare 60 LXDs and 12 LXD Managers with the tools, insights and skills to lift the quality of learning solutions across the global LXD team. You will recommend and build learning solutions that meet organizational needs at scale. Using data and evidence-based practice you will evaluate the effectiveness of both learning solutions and the quality program.

A day in the life
You will design and deploy mechanisms to drive learning solution quality across the global team. Through data and written communications you will work with stakeholders and leaders to develop LXD quality. You should be advanced using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Captivate and explore emerging tech trends for content creation, which you will apply in the quality program and in designing and developing interactive training materials in multiple modalities. You will collaborate with LXD teams to strategize and implement program goals based on broader organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education technology, or similar field

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience leading process improvements
- 7 + years relevant experience in an instructional design role

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
