DescriptionAt Amazon Key, we are on a mission to empower customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses. As part of the Amazon Devices and Ring organization, we invent new devices, software, and services to solve critical access problems for our B2C and B2B customers. We are looking for a seasoned product marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy of our B2B business. Keep reading.Key job responsibilities• Define the marketing vision, strategy, and positioning to grow Amazon Key and Ring’s smart access control business• Plan groundbreaking product launches and implement new marketing ideas to engage our target audiences• Dive deep into our ideal customer profile (ICP) using primary and secondary research to define our target customer segments, value prop, and messaging• Plan online and offline campaigns to guide our ICP from awareness to consideration to conversion into sales-ready leads• Design compelling content to educate our audiences on our products' use cases and benefits• Closely collaborate with sales leadership to enable sales and manage overall pipeline growth• Analyze marketing campaign and pipeline performance and regularly report out to leadershipA day in the lifeAs the Principal, B2B Product Marketing, you are the single-threaded leader responsible for defining our B2B marketing vision, strategy, positioning, and messaging; aligning stakeholders across marketing, product, PR, trust and legal for execution; and partnering with sales to ensure pipeline velocity. You will leverage past experience to work independently and lead cross-functional work streams. You will be a driving force behind our business expansion and will lead new launches and initiatives that have significant business impact.About The TeamAmazon Key sits within the Ring and Amazon Devices organization. We innovate to deliver devices, software, and services to consumers and businesses. We often serve as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping. We are a team of inventors and disruptors, and we index highly on ownership, action, operational excellence and collaboration.Basic Qualifications• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B product marketing, go-to-market, or similar at a tech company• Experience launching new products• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams• Experience communicating results to senior leadership• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)• Strong written and oral communication skillsPreferred Qualifications• A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred• 3+ years of experience with real estate customers• Experience managing demand generation campaigns, field marketing, and or events• Experience with Salesforce, marketing CRM, and pipeline management• Experience managing external agenciesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $249,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
