Join us and be a part of shaping the future of gaming at Amazon.Develop and maintain essential tools and workflows to support game development across multiple platforms.Collaborate with game development teams to identify and understand their needs and requirements for tools and workflows.Design, implement, and test new tools and features to improve game development processes.Troubleshoot and debug any issues with existing tools and workflows, and provide timely and effective resolutions.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in game development tools, and recommend and implement improvements to our existing tools and processes.Document tools and workflows for internal use, and create user guides and tutorials to support game development teams.Work closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tools and workflows into the game development pipeline.Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team, and provide technical expertise and support to others in the game development team.Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and efficiency of tools and workflows, and optimize them for different platforms.Participate in code reviews, and ensure that all code is well-documented, maintainable, and adheres to coding standards.Collaborate with project managers to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of tools and features.Proactively identify potential roadblocks or challenges in the game development process and provide solutions to overcome them.Communicate updates, progress, and any issues related to tools and workflows to project stakeholders.Contribute to the overall success of the gaming team by bringing in new ideas and solutions, and actively participating in team meetings and discussions.Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
