Our categories are central to our overall Home Furnishings goal of creating a cutting edge shopping experience for our customers, and acts as an incubator for programs that are ultimately scaled across the broader business.As a Senior Product Manager you will own key Customer Experience improvement initiatives and drive them end-to-end with selling partners and partner teams. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in retail/e-commerce, as well as experience in building and managing products and services. You are customer-obsessed, and adept at using both data and anecdotal evidence to drive innovation. You are an entrepreneurial, can-do leader who excels at socializing and building consensus for your ideas, and you draw upon your knowledge of product management to drive results at scale. Above all, you are an advocate for the Customer, driving both core foundational improvements as well as garnering support for innovations that do not exist today.The successful leader thrives in a fast-paced environment with a lot of white space, and embraces the opportunity to pioneer new ideas and operationalize them quickly and effectively. She or he will be data-driven and passionate about improving the luxury product shopping experience on Amazon.Basic Qualifications• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience• Bachelor's degree or equivalent• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition• Experience with end to end product delivery• Experience as a product manager or owner• Experience owning technology productsPreferred Qualifications• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
