Associate Product Manager
KnowBe4 is the world's largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, seeking an Associate Product Manager to enhance their human risk management platform.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent time management
- Organization skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with ticketing and tracking applications
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into cybersecurity awareness features
- Conduct user research through surveys and interviews
- Craft functional specifications for product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage community ideation pipeline
- Research product market and gather input for roadmaps
- Help run beta and pilot programs
- Facilitate defect triage process
- Track features adoption and utilization
Education
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred
