If you are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of creating intuitive and engaging interfaces, we want to hear from you!Lead the design process for digital products and services, ensuring a user-centered approach and incorporating innovative and customer-centric design principles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to understand business goals and user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.Drive the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital products and services.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and evolve our design processes.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.Collaborate with stakeholders to present and communicate design solutions, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.Advocate for the user and strive to continuously improve the user experience, always keeping in mind our mission to be customer-centric.Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
