DescriptionEmployee Joining Services is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (Technical) to lead and build solutions for Amazon's businesses that empower thousands of services millions of employees use daily.In this role, you will be the product owner of an internally-facing technology service and product that hundreds of teams across Amazon leverage. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in managing and delivering large scale products to technical customers. You will be proficient in modern product management practices using design-led approaches powered by research. You will demonstrate business acumen and creativity in envisioning ground-breaking concepts by fostering an environment of experimentation and innovative thinking. You will be effective in building a network across partners and business leaders inside Amazon. You will demonstrate relentless customer obsession and work with peer groups in incrementally delivering on your exciting product vision. The right candidate needs to be an owner of their portfolio; making strategic product decisions grounded in data. In this position, you will you will be a core part of the product development team, owning the vision and design for new features, working with product managers, developers and screening experts to build complex integrated solutions to meet the needs of our global workforce.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product• Experience managing technical products or online services• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPreferred Qualifications• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools• MBAAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
