Then software development in OpsTech Solutions (OTS) wants you!We're looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to help design internal web applications deployed world-wide improving network availability for Amazon Operations sites. Focus is on designing the user interface for new applications to be developed but also existing applications require analysis to continuously improve design and usability. Our team is a growing group of innovators, disruptors, and problem solvers. As a member you will contribute to the product roadmap, drive future concepts, and deliver improvements to all applications.Please provide a link to your online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature- Knowledge of design tools such as Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, and Dreamweaver- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices- 5+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes- Experience with UX design of complex workflows- Experience designing in an agile development environment- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AjaxAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
