Position Overview

We are seeking an Attorney to serve as our Contract Counsel or Contract Manager to drive our contracting efforts with our enterprise customers.  You’ll be the go-to expert for complex commercial contracts, especially in the exciting and ever-evolving enterprise SaaS landscape, shaping the legal framework that supports our company’s growth and innovation.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Owns Ambient’s commercial contracting with corporate customers, including MSAs, Data Processing, Order Forms, NDAs, and channel agreements

  • Act as a liaison between legal, sales, finance, product, and other departments, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed on contractual obligations and key terms

  • Lead negotiations with a broad range of Enterprise customers, balancing expansive growth of our internal needs with risk considerations

The amazing skills you’ll bring to Ambient.ai:

  • 5+ years of contracts experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Enterprise Saas contracts in a professional environment

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, with a strong emphasis on grammar, clarity, and accuracy in all communications

  • Enjoys negotiation and brings creative pragmatism to balancing company risk with contract velocity

  • Builds strong relationships with legal and procurement teams, finding common ground quickly

  • Sharp and meticulous, you learn fast and know when to escalate issues to the CFO or external counsel

  • Comfortable navigating both customer-provided and Ambient’s own MSA and DPA documents

  • You’re a builder at heart, improving processes and creating scalable legal operations and playbooks

  • You thrive in dynamic environments, making yourself invaluable through your ability to adapt and contribute
