Overview
The Commercial team supports the business to optimise our relationships with partners, collaborators and customers whilst protecting Tokamak Energy’s interests and securing the business’s future success.
As the Contracts and Commercial Manager you will play a crucial role in drafting and negotiating agreements across the breadth of business activities, which may range from securing funding opportunities to providing services to customers. Within this varied role, you will also help shape the company contracting strategy and procedures to enable efficient and consistent solutions to complex contracting scenarios. You will be closely involved with a number of projects from an early stage to facilitate understanding of the primary business objectives and to help to shape our third-party relationships through a commercial and contractual lens. You will aid in ensuing ongoing compliance with existing contracts by providing support to a variety of teams.
