Clinical Engagement Representative LATAM (Medical Doctor - MD)

Hello, we at AMBOSS are currently looking for a full-time medical doctor to support our B2B Sales Team.

Your goal would be to promote the growth of AMBOSS and help bring it to Universities. This would support the educational journey of medical doctors tomorrow so they can provide the best possible care. 

You will:

  • First, you and your team plan which potential university partners in the Latin American region do not yet offer their students an AMBOSS license. 
  • You will engage with active users and relevant decision-makers and start building strong relationships. 
  • Depending on the target group, you will conduct needs analyses or create effective presentations tailored to the needs and requirements of the respective university partner.
  • You are the interface between doctors and the various teams within AMBOSS, such as Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Marketing.
  • Due to your proximity to the university, you can plan projects and events on behalf of AMBOSS - there are always opportunities to get involved and implement your ideas! 
  • You ensure being a reliable partner to universities, from the initial approach to successful implementation.
  • You will work closely with our Data Team and Sales Operations to analyze and evaluate usage data.
  • You will represent AMBOSS at events and actively network to increase brand awareness.

You bring:

  • Medical background: You have a licensed medical degree from a Latin American country, ideally complemented by clinical experience to ensure a deep understanding of the challenges in healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native level) and fluent English. Ability to interact confidently in different environments.
  • Curious and open to new things: Ability to understand customer needs and stay informed about the current state of the art in the medical and EdTech sector in order to integrate solutions into your own work.
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization: Strong interest in digital solutions and their positive impact on medical education and everyday clinical practice.
  • Networking experience or strong interest in relationship building in the healthcare sector.
  • Willingness to travel: Enjoy traveling and getting to know different medical schools and medical students in the Latin American region.
  • Project management skills: Efficiently manage multiple parallel projects, especially in a dynamic environment such as healthcare.
  • Independent working style: Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, including excellent organizational and time management skills.
