This individual will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analyses, developing financial models, and providing insights that support the company's financial goals and objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and ability for influence - with passion for making a positive impact. This individual will have strong communication skills and ability to structure and communicate complex information and financial concepts to executive and other senior management and to non-financial stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed financial and scenario analyses and provide insights and evaluate financial impact to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and business plans.Provide ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights and support business initiatives and projects.Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to anticipate potential opportunities and challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations and action plans based on market insights and business objectives.Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of our initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement financial performance dashboards and reporting tools.Lead initiatives to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred (complete or in progress).A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated track record of developing actionable insights and recommendations.Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences at all levels.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in financial modeling, business analysis, and strategic planning tools including Power BI and/or Microsoft Autopilot preferred.Knowledge of the packaging industry or B2B is preferred.Must be fully fluent (spoken and written) in both Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).Amcor is a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home and personal-care, and other products.
