JOB SUMMARY
This role will work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization to manage the Global Information Security programs and projects, monitor operations, and improve transparency. This position will work to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of complex projects within the GIS Program, and have a strong sense of ownership, pride, and accountability. This role will be responsible for end-to-end quality of what is released, be able to identify unaddressed issues, and work on solutions or find the appropriate owner to ensure only high-quality deliverables are produced.REQUIRED SKILLS• Ability to drive team collaboration and excellence.• Strong project management skills in Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies.• Strong stakeholder management skills.• Experience with resource allocation to include personnel and project/portfolio finances.• Guide complex projects to desired outcomes aligned to organizational standards.• High degree of flexibility in reacting to changing stakeholder demands, project prioritization, timelines and scope.• Outstanding knowledge of project artifacts and deliverables.• Exceptional process capabilities.• Ability to drive project and keep up project momentum, resulting in timely project delivery.• Ability to guide and facilitate meetings.• Effective communicator reporting accurate information in a clear and concise manner to executive level audiences.• Works well with ambiguity and drives participants towards well-defined path of tasks and deliverables.• Excellent risk identification and management skills.• Strong understanding of budgets and forecasting.• Ability to take ownership of parallel initiatives.• Works well in a matrixed environment and experienced with partnering via virtual teams.• Strong experience working with IT technical resources, system integrations and project delivery.• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and foster internal relationships.• Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in strategy.• Strong overall knowledge of cybersecurity practices, methodology and solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide oversight for all project delivery, to include CSI work as assigned.• Be responsible for end-to-end quality of what is released from assigned projects.• Collaborate with the Global Information Security Team and relevant stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, scope, and requirements.• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks.• Work with the Global Information Security Team to develop and implement the cybersecurity strategy, aligning it with industry best practices and policies.• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at different levels, including department heads, technical teams, and end-users.• Ensure effective communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project charters, status reports, change requests, and meeting minutes.• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management.• Oversee execution of cybersecurity projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, security standards, and regulatory requirements.• Monitor progress and address any deviations from the plan promptly.• Identify opportunities to enhance cybersecurity processes, methodologies, and tools.• Virtually manage project resources.• Be accountable for full governance adherence in their space for their function.• In charge of effectively managing the deliverables in their space.• Support business engagement managers in roadmapping and intake for new scopes of work that evolve from assigned programs and/or products.• Be first point of escalation in the portfolio.• Participate in financial planning.• Be Accountable for quality of PRB updates.• Provide input on resource allocation.• Drive project-related change management, as needed, for project stakeholders.• Work with key stakeholders to define project goals and charter.• Apply project management tools/techniques.• Proactively identify problems on projects or plans.• Seek input from appropriate stakeholders.• Deliver value by guiding project teams and by creating effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other project managers.• Deliver value as Scrum Master or in other Agile leadership roles.• Exhibit fluency in project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scaled Agile, Hybrid, Lean / Six Sigma, Waterfall, etc.).• Conduct meetings with stakeholders and project teams, and create transparency of project status, risks, and constraints.• Aggressively manage risk mitigation, remediation, and contingency strategies.• Prepare, deliver, and disseminate project briefings and reports as needed and or requested.• Identify unaddressed issues, work on solutions, or find the appropriate owner to ensure only high-quality deliverables are produced.• Engage with GIS and IT leadership on project prioritization.Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
