Senior Managers, Pricing - job 1 of 16

American Express National Bank seeks Senior Managers, Pricing to develop quantitative techniques to inform securities investing, equities investing, pricing, or valuation of financial instruments. Perform financial assessment & structure deals with the objective of balancing higher market share & portfolio profitability goals. Perform financial pricing analytics as well as deep dives on competitive trends. Partner with Sales, Account Development & Business Development teams on a winning pricing strategy. Communicate the impact of proposed deals to leadership, internal stakeholders. Partner with PP&I, Contracts, GCO, Operational, Risk and other cross functional teams to execute deals. Partner with Product teams to develop and price new products for our customers. Perform ad hoc analytics and presentations to senior management with digestible charts and visuals. Unlock efficiencies by way of process enhancement, automation and best practices.

Position requires a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with conducting data-driven business analysis, deriving actionable insights, and driving strategic decision-making. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: performing qualitative analysis, including competitive analysis and survey analysis; performing cost benefit and breakeven analysis using advanced MS Excel; using A/B testing to test hypotheses and inform business decisions; building presentations that convey complex quantitative data using compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences for informed decision-making; statistical analysis using tools, including SQL and Tableau; extracting and analyzing data from Google Analytics to identify key trends, patterns, and correlations; and performing data analysis using QuickBooks to reconcile financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.

Job Location: New York, NY     

Salary Range: $132,371.00 - $155,000.00 annually
