Reschedule customers as needed.• Field in-bound calls from sales reps and customers, providing positive customer service and support as needed• Backup the GSV Scheduling Coordinator as needed with additional customer or sales rep outreach regarding TBD photo events via email, text or phone.• Assist in overflow photo editing work as needed• Any other duties assigned by managerCore Competencies:• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite required• Must be able to multi-task, maintain quality standards, adapt and think on your feet as priorities arise and change, keep yourself organized, pay very close attention to detail• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills• Experience managing schedules and appointments a plus• Being able to work and stay on task with limited interaction with your supervisorEducational Requirements:• Four-year college degree preferred but not required.Functional Demands• Ability to sit for extended periods of time performing computer workJob Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Health savings account• Life insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
