Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external counterparts, plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization Regularly perform thorough SEO keywords research. Monitor search ranking, visibility, redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices... Monitor performance, efficiency of paid search, paid social and display campaigns. Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing. Monitor and optimize paid search performance to meet business objectives Develop optimization recommendations and/or testing plans Monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important metrics Provide recommendations for paid keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels. Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with business goals Leverage all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis Pull and analyze data to inform campaign reporting and help build insights Stay informed latest search industry trends and new tools and ad formats Provide support on any, or all phases of projects, including but not limited to analyses, reporting, budget, change control. Conduct risk, resource, cost-benefit, impact or other complex analyses. May develop complex modeling and reporting tools for monitoring and analyzing performance or data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of 5 years of experience as SEM, SEO specialist or similar role Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing In-depth experience with campaign management tools (e.g. Google Ads) In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console) Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration required. Ability to work with internal business owners as well as external agencies Knowledge of Red Cross structure and operations preferred. Essential Functions/Physical Requirements:
Depending on work assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information. Overall mobility is essential. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle and working under challenging conditions.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
