We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team supporting a federal government ITSM data center contract. As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will: Play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to optimize data center operations and support strategic decision-making. Work collaboratively with IT operations, ITSM specialists, and government stakeholders to ensure efficient data analysis and reporting.Receive a robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership A week in the life of a Business Intelligence Analyst: Develop and maintain comprehensive data models and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data center performance, resource utilization, service levels, and incident trends. Analyze large datasets from various ITSM tools and data center monitoring systems to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate with IT operations and ITSM teams to define data collection needs and ensure data quality for analysis. Identify and implement data visualization best practices to enhance clarity and user experience of reports and dashboards. Stay current with emerging data analytics tools and technologies relevant to the ITSM and data center environment.Support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to improve ITSM processes and data center efficiency.Masters degree in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, preferably within a technical environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex datasets.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and data analysis platforms (e.g., SQL). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with ITSM methodologies (e.g., ITIL) and data center operations is a plus.Experience working with the Federal Government or understanding of government contracting procedures is a plus.
