FIU Case Analyst

Pathward is a financial empowerment company dedicated to creating financial inclusion for all. They are looking for a Case Analyst I to analyze customer and transactional activity to identify patterns and report suspicious activity.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer profiles and transactional activity.
Determine suspicious activity using investigative tools.
Maintain case files for all investigated activities.
Summarize investigation results in detailed narratives.
Complete regulatory forms such as Suspicious Activity Reports.

Education

High school certification or equivalent required
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) preferred
