Program Analyst (Part-Time/Hybrid) - Secret Clearance

We are looking for a Program Analyst with a Secret clearance to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). The work will be part-time, performed as a hybrid role with 3 days per week at the Mark Center / 2 days telecommuting. The candidate will work 30 hours per week. The employee must be located within reasonable commuting distance of the Mark Center - located in Alexandria, VA.

As a Program Analyst, you will:

• Perform process improvement, data analysis and assist with administrative actions.
• Support Government hiring and HR procedures.

A week in the life of a Program Analyst:

• Support strategy development, implementation, and monitoring
• Develop draft position descriptions
• Assist with personnel in-processing and out-processing
• Collect relevant data and perform descriptive analytics on organization-wide business processes.
• Support process improvement planning, development, and implementation.
• Provide summaries of business intelligence metrics.
• Perform other office duties as assigned

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. • Bachelor’s degree
