The Senior Coordinator, Marketing and Communications plays a supporting role in promoting AUBH's activities and achievements to external audiences. This role involves coordinating public relations efforts and marketing campaigns to enhance AUBH's visibility and reputation.
1. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.
2. Help create and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
3. Lead and Assist in promoting university events and activities through various online and offline channels.
4. Aid in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
5. Monitor and report on the performance of PR and marketing efforts, providing insights for improvement.
6. Support the Enrollment department in implementing marketing strategies to reach student enrollment goals.
7. Coordinate with the Enrollment department to develop and reach student
enrollment goals through marketing campaigns.
8. Collaborate with other departments to align and ensure messaging consistency.
9. Assist in budget planning and expenditure tracking.
10. Perform other duties as reasonably required by management.
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
o Professional certification in a related field is desirable.
o Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in an academic or higher education setting.
o Strong PR skills and media relations experience.
o Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English.
o Experience in social media management.
o Experience in event marketing.
o Ability to analyze and interpret data.
o Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
o Familiarity with budget planning and tracking.
o Ability to work independently.
