Special Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen required to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Sign an NDA to ensure protection of Amivero’s unique differentiators.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a field related to the job role, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and passion for learning.
  • Digital Marketing Experience
  • Ability to be in the office 2-3 times a week (Reston, VA)

The Gist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be able to have ownership of a project for the summer, from start to end. Projects from which to choose include: generate a social media calendar (including drafted graphics, content, and hashtags); stand up a plan to pilot, test, and finalize a strategy that maximizes LinkedIn Ads for generating recruiting leads; work with our web developer to stand up process documentation for building a stand-alone landing page that is linked by google tag and traffic can be traced from LinkedIn post, to 3rd party Ad banner, to QR code, etc. to develop a future strategy based on traffic; and/or produce a compelling product video.


What Your Day May Include

  • Reviewing marketing data using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Analyze key metrics such as website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and ad performance on LinkedIn.
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to inform ongoing marketing strategies.
  • Dive into optimizing LinkedIn Ads for recruiting purposes.
  • Monitor ad performance throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Participate in a collaborative meeting with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
  • Discuss ongoing campaigns, upcoming initiatives, and strategic priorities.
  • Share insights and recommendations based on data analysis and ad performance
  • Work on creating and optimizing landing pages using tools like Canva and website CMS platforms.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages that align with campaign goals and messaging.
  • Implement A/B tests on landing page elements such as headlines, call-to-action buttons, and form fields.
  • Monitor landing page performance metrics and make iterative improvements to drive conversions.
  • Focus on video content production, including editing and creation of promotional and demo videos.
  • Edit raw screenshare meeting-style video footage to create a 60-second ad for securing meetings.
  • Develop a 45 second video introducing a key capability of Amivero’s to a customer.
  • Build a process for standing up a website landing page for campaign purposes.
  • Prioritize tasks including ongoing campaigns, new initiatives, and strategic projects.

  • U.S. Citizenship Required to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a field related to the industry, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and passion for learning.
  • Information Technology Experience
  • Located in the Washington District of Columbia region ability to commute to Reston, VA HQ
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing for effective collaboration with team members and clear articulation of ideas.
  • Comfortable working with various tools and software relevant to the industry, enabling efficient completion of tasks and projects.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments, remaining resilient and proactive in overcoming challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members, contributing positively to a cohesive and productive work environment.
