Amplify is seeking a Director of Business Process Management to optimize customer order management and enhance operational efficiency in the Outbound Supply Chain team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of educational materials.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include process assessment and improvement, KPI establishment, collaboration for system integration, issue management, and communication planning related to new processes.
Skills: Required skills include process optimization, supply chain management expertise, management experience, and familiarity with ERP/WMS/OMS systems and data analytics.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in customer order management, with K12 experience and Lean Six Sigma certification being preferred.
Location: This position is fully remote, based in the United States.
Compensation: $130000 - $140000 / Annually

The Amplify Supply Chain team is seeking a Director of Business Process Management to lead and drive operational excellence in our Outbound functional area. This role is responsible for optimizing processes related to customer order management, including order capture, processing, fulfillment, and delivery of physical materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, the Director will champion continuous improvement initiatives, enhance system capabilities, and ensure alignment with Amplify’s strategic objectives.

The gross salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
