Responsibilities: Oversee program management structure, manage stakeholders, allocate resources, prepare program metrics, supervise development teams, manage budget, conduct risk assessments, and mentor project managers.
Skills: Experience in program management, handling complex software development projects, understanding of SDLC, strong communication and planning skills, proficiency with tools like Jira and Google Suite.
Qualifications: 10+ years in project management, Bachelor's in Computer Science or Business, PMP certification, familiarity with enterprise software applications, and experience in the K-12 education sector preferred.

The gross salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
