- Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) is known for our innovative & forward-thinking solutions! As we launch new projects aimed at advancing our technologies, we are seeking a talented individual with the motivation to help us shape our Market strategy. Tapping into new markets & advancing existing will require someone who is passionate for Commercial strategies & excited to solve the problems that dynamic evolving markets demand.
- Your Impact:
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Drive data-lead marketing strategies based on a holistic analysis of external trends & key figures, while taking a consultative approach to opportunities to expand market presence
- Competitive Analysis:
- Develop comprehensive recommendations to FST’s core business team based on major competitor, supplier, & customer insights with the aim at establishing opportunities for differentiation
- Long-Term Orientation:
- Collaborate effectively with robust internal networks to keep projects focused on cost reduction, pricing strategies, & sustainability
- Campaigning & Communication:
- Serve as the guide in designing & implementing long-term marketing campaigns that increase engagement & brand visibility
- Risk Mitigation & Quality Standards
- Protect the organization through working with leadership to ensure compliance for relevant legal requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track-record of successfully implementing complex marketing strategies; bonus if this was done in the field of New Energy or a manufacturing setting
- Passion for analysis & communication that requires working with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of digital Media Marketing
