The Colleague Experience Group (CEG) strives to provide a great colleague experience every day. The Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) team partners with the business directly to advise and consult on strategic priorities and implements high-quality, integrated CEG practices, in areas such as organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development and change management.
Analyst, Reporting and Insights, Colleague Strategic Partners
This is a critical role on the CSP team, reporting to the Director, Chief of Staff. The team portfolio includes Global Commercial Services (GCS), Credit Fraud Risk (CFR), and Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS).
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Ensure colleague data integrity by doing a regular and proactive review of workforce reports and address any issues with CSPs, chiefs of staff, and/or the business executive offices as needed.
Analyze data and metrics to identify human capital issues and extract insights / trends; Support ongoing process improvement & use data-driven solutions to address factors affecting ability to reach strategic objectives.
Partner closely with CSP teams and business leads on ad hoc reporting requests and data needs in close partnership with the Colleague Insights team.
Drive greater consistency and more efficiency of colleague insights across business units and look for solutions to evolve and elevate our reporting functions and processes.
Support SVP offices on ongoing efforts and team projects/initiatives, and other ad hoc CEG related topics for the businesses we support.
Collaborate with CEG Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide end-to-end support and management of critical CEG processes, including talent assessment, succession planning, performance management, compensation, colleague scorecard, and annual colleague experience survey.
Support key deliverable content and creation such as presentations for senior leadership, including CEG and Business portfolio.
QUALIFICIATIONS
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred. Tableau or similar software proficiency a plus.
Demonstrated project management, organization and planning skills applied in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, with strong detail-orientation.
Proven creative problem-solving capabilities with strong follow up skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal direction.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and work within ambiguous situations.
Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion and judgment.
Self-motivator, driven and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude to get the job done – flexible, resourceful and efficient.
EDUCATION REQUIRMENT
An undergraduate degree is required.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
