Compensation Analyst

Angi is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our People Ops team, supporting Compensation, People Analytics, and HRIS functions. The role involves analyzing data, contributing to compensation programs, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with UKG BI is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation data and make recommendations
  • Support data management and integrity for the People Ops team
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Participate in compensation program development and benchmarking

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
