Compensation Analyst
Angi is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our People Ops team, supporting Compensation, People Analytics, and HRIS functions. The role involves analyzing data, contributing to compensation programs, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with UKG BI is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data and make recommendations
- Support data management and integrity for the People Ops team
- Conduct internal audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Participate in compensation program development and benchmarking
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
