About the role
Angi is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to assist the Talent Acquisition team in driving hiring across the business. The ideal candidate will support the recruiting team and hiring managers by coordinating interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role interacts with all levels of the company to successfully execute the recruitment process as well as special projects. The ideal candidate might not have any prior recruitment experience, but is looking to break into Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, is exceptionally detail-oriented, organized and inquisitive. This is a tremendous developmental opportunity for the right person. You will learn best in class strategies for identifying talent and building high-performing teams. This is a hybrid work position, requiring candidates to work out of our NYC office 3-4 days per week.
