Our Enablement team members serve as consultants, thought partners, and expert practitioners in our tools to help guide agency teams in leveraging our suite of capabilities to drive the best results for their clients, all while evolving and sharing best practices across users and stakeholders in the network.Position OverviewThe Associate Director, Enablement will be responsible for providing critical support to the Enablement team on many key initiatives. This role reports to a Director of Enablement and work closely with many Annalect departments including Learning & Development, Marketing, Product, Data Strategy, Partnerships, and Engineering. This position will help lead and deliver strategic consultations to various agencies regarding how to leverage our tools. Design, approve, and analyze surveys to be distributed for feedback. Drive product mapping, evolution, and innovation, regarding various client and agency needs.Key Responsibilities• Deliver strategic consultation to agency client teams, advising agencies on best practices and how to best leverage our tools to enable better outcomes for their clients• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive adoption, growth and success of Generative AI offerings (inclusive of go to market plans and L&D collateral to support users)• Manage Analyst/Senior Analyst/Manager• Assist in driving product road mapping, product evolution, and innovation, considering agency and client needs• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate the solutions into business workflows, products, and services, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives• Work closely with Director and Learning & Development team to set trainings and L&D agenda for agencies• Participate in ideation sessions for customization and future innovation• Design, approve, and analyze surveys for feedback loop• Produce and distribute user communication, L&D content, webinars, and case studiesRequired Skills And Qualifications• 5-8 years of experience at a media agency, marketing analytics firm, or in a quantitative, data-driven field• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business-related fields• Experience with marketing mix modeling/econometric analysis and/or other branches of market research (custom survey research, advertising testing or tracking, new product research, etc.)• Familiarity with marketing technology, behavioral data, audience creation techniques, media strategy, media investment, digital media, dynamic creative, campaign measurement – all things connected to using data and technology to create better media and marketing outcomes• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must• Creative and strategic thinker who is willing to take risks and challenge the status quo• Strong leader who can demonstrate problem solving and independent decision-making• Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences with differing levels of technical expertisePerks of working at Annalect• Culture! Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
