In this role, you will design, develop, and implement efficient scripts for inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails. It’s all about refining and optimizing these processes to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our clients and their customers. Collaboration is key at AnswerHero; you’ll work closely with our Business Development, Contact Center, and Customer Service teams to ensure our scripts align with our clients’ needs and business goals. Plus, with your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating these flows, continuously finding ways to improve performance and satisfaction. Proficiency in the Amtelco platform is preferred, but if you have a knack for technical concepts and a collaborative spirit, we’re here to support you with training!
