Social Media Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to administrate our social media accounts in our music label. He/she will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and responding to followers, manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.


Job Description 

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various social media platforms (FaceBook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and Best Practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our Social Media presence
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing objectives and campaigns
  • Suggest content and co-create brief for content calendar
  • Communicate with marketing team for brief, social posting on all platforms, approval and/or feedback and implementation of changes
  • Manage all Social Media accounts, oversee Social Media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization
  • Monitor and analyze Social Media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field 
  • Proven experience more than 2 years in a similar role
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, Social Media platforms, trends, and Best Practices
  • Proficient user of new technologies and social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to create and deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in content management & excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines under stressful conditions
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
